Company History: Mark's Marine, Inc. was established in 1987 by Mark D. Levesque. Mark purchased Paul's Marine in Clayton, Georgia with every intent of limiting the services offered by Mark's Marine to strictly service of boats, motors and trailers. It wasn't very long before Mark purchased a Hurricane deck boat for a local customer on the lake and quickly found himself selling the Godfrey line of pontoons and deck boats.
In 2000, Mark and Christine Levesque and Bill Cossin opened Mark's Marine @ Chatuge, Inc. in Hayesville, North Carolina.
Mark and Christine then opened the Gainesville branch of Mark's Marine, Inc., d.b.a. Mark's Marine @ Lanier, on January 1, 2001.
